What will you be doing?

As an Account Manager, you will be the central link between customers and Van Duuren. Your mission: to achieve revenue growth and take care of customers.

Concrete:
  • Market analysis, mapping accounts and drawing up strategic account plans;
  • Proactively maintaining and expanding customer relationships;
  • Presenting new opportunities and solutions;
  • Being the first point of contact for customers and internal teams;
  • Monitoring contracts and price agreements;
  • Advising customers on technical and organisational issues;
  • Identifying customer needs and responding to them;
  • Following market developments and anticipating them immediately.

What do you bring?

  • MBO/HBO working and thinking level, preferably commercial or logistics;
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience;
  • Experience in the logistics sector is an advantage;
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to achieve results;
  • Persuasiveness, communication skills and advisory skills.
