What will you do?
As a Junior Planner LTL/FTL, you will gradually learn how to plan and manage international shipments. You will work closely with fellow planners, carriers, and partners across Europe. No worries—experience is not required. We will teach you everything you need to know!
Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting in planning and organizing international transport
- Quickly responding to unexpected situations and finding practical solutions
- Maintaining contact with customers and partners regarding shipments and progress
- Checking orders, margins, and digital files
- Keeping track of information such as driving restrictions and international holidays
- Providing instructions to warehouse staff and carriers
- And most importantly: shaping the role in a way that suits you and fits Van Duuren
Who are you?
We are not looking for an experienced Planner. We are looking for someone with at least an MBO-level education and the right mindset:
- You are proactive and like to get things done
- You are eager to learn and stay calm under pressure
- You communicate clearly and maintain a good overview
- You speak Dutch and/or English
- You are available full-time (40 hours per week)
- Experience with TMS systems or MS Office is a plus, but not required
- You live within 35 km of our office in Badhoevedorp
