Last Friday, Jeroen van Duuren and Mohamed celebrated 80 years of collaboration with Michael Parsser and Jeremy from J. Kisch & Zonen.

What began in 1946 under the leadership of Jeroen van Duuren’s grandfather has grown into a remarkable partnership between J. Kisch & Zonen and Van Duuren. A milestone both family businesses look back on with pride.

Over the years, the relationship has developed into much more than transport alone. Trust, continuity, and personal contact have formed the foundation for generations.

“The decision-makers back then could never have imagined that we would still be doing business together 80 years later,” says Michael. “At all Kisch locations, Van Duuren knows exactly where to find us and takes care of part of our transport. We share the same core values—quality and personal contact are incredibly important. That’s where family businesses connect.”

Jeroen adds: “Today, my son Matthijs is working together with Michael and Jeremy on the future. Four generations, one partnership. Eighty years of collaboration is rare—and that’s exactly what makes it so special.”

“One year we do more business than another, but what remains is the strong partnership,” Michael continues. A bond that goes beyond business and is ready for the next generation.
