As a (Junior) Support Officer, you are the main point of contact for our customers and partners. You communicate daily with various parties and ensure that everything related to shipments runs smoothly. In addition, you support the transport planners with one goal in mind: providing complete peace of mind to our customers and partners.

What will you do?
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing shipments and proactively keeping partners and customers informed about changes in deliveries or circumstances;
- Instructing partners and customers regarding adjustments and special transport requests;
- Coordinating and closely monitoring special delivery requests;
- Registering deliveries with recipients and following up on agreements made;
- Monitoring delivery times and tracking outstanding shipments;
- Identifying quality issues and discussing them with the supervisor.
What do you bring?
- At least an MBO-level (vocational education) working and thinking level;
- Availability for 32 or 40 hours per week;
- Starters and junior candidates are warmly encouraged to apply;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders;
- Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
