Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining external integrations (EDI and API) with customer and partner systems
- Overseeing the installation, upgrades, and day-to-day management of applications
- Acting as the point of contact for incidents: identifying, analysing, and resolving them in collaboration with administrators, analysts, and suppliers
- Preparing and maintaining documentation and procedures for the use and management of applications
- Analysing business needs and advising on applications that contribute to efficient and effective operations
- Independently managing projects on the roadmap, acting as the central link between hardware and software vendors, internal and external application specialists, and operational users
What do you bring?
- An interest in or experience with application management and system integrations (starters/juniors are strongly encouraged to apply)
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders
- Experience with incident management and creating documentation is an advantage
- A proactive attitude and a focus on process improvement – at Van Duuren, there is room to experiment and initiative is rewarded
- Due to the location in Vianen, preference is given to candidates living within approximately a 50 km radius

Location
You will work from our office in Vianen. In consultation with colleagues, you can choose one fixed day per week to work from home.
