As Groupage Manager, you will have plenty of room to further develop our European groupage network. You will work with customers and partners, contribute ideas for smart solutions and make sure that our service gets a little better every day. A varied role in which you will have plenty of freedom to put your own ideas into practice.

What will you do?
As Groupage Manager, you will be responsible for the further development of our European groupage operations. Your focus will be on three areas:
- Developing and improving our services and groupage product.
- Managing and further expanding our international partner network.
- Coaching and managing the Groupage Team (12 colleagues), ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
In addition:
- You will support new customer implementations.
- You will translate customers’ wishes and needs into concrete product improvements.
- You will closely monitor quality, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.
- You will analyse results and initiate improvements.You will regularly visit international partners across Europe (once a month).
What do you bring?
You are an entrepreneurial leader who knows how to connect people and recognise opportunities. You are able to switch between strategic challenges, relationship management and operational improvements.
In addition, you have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO level), preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in groupage or international road transport, complemented by leadership experience.
- Experience in partner management, network development or product development.
- A visible presence on the work floor, inspiring confidence in colleagues and creating an environment where people feel comfortable taking responsibility.
- Commercial insight and experience in maintaining customer and partner relationships.
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
- Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- Preferably living within approximately 60 kilometres of Vianen.
